Carolyn has always been passionate about caring for people and educating them on how to improve their health & wellbeing. Carolyn was a registered nurse for 35 years and as Nursing faculty she educated the next generation of new nurses.

Carolyn’s now passionate about helping healthcare professionals & first responders to become alcohol free. Carolyn recognizes the unique challenges healthcare professionals face in the high demanding workplace & how challenging it is to seek help for alcohol recovery while maintaining confidentiality & support.Carolyn is a mindset & success coach to help you find your true fulfillment in life.

Carolyn has 5x Certified Coaching Certifications in Alcohol Free Coaching, Mindset Coaching, Success Coaching, Neuro-linguistics Practitioner (NLP) & Hypnosis Practitioner . All certifications are accredited by the (ICF) the International Coaching Federation, the (CPD) Continuing Professional Development accreditation and the (IAOTH) International Association of Therapists.
